Return Policy
Returns must be shipped to Dottie Doolittle within 14 days of the original purchase with a copy of the original receipt. Returned items must be in new condition with the tags attached for clothes or in the original packaging for non-clothing items. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Purchase price will be refunded through store credit and exchange ONLY if original receipt is not provided. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not make adjustments, exchanges, or returns on sale, monogrammed, personalized, or special order merchandise.

If shipping to Hawaii or outside the United States, please call our store at 1-415-563-3244 and we will assist you with alternate arrangements. Shipping costs for all other merchandise will be calculated at the point of check out based on shipping location and weight criteria. You will also have the option to expedite your delivery by choosing one of the express delivery services available.
